  • Chat Messages: Questions you ask our AI health assistant. These are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers after the session ends.
  • Photos for Skin Analysis: If you choose to upload a photo for AI skin analysis, the image is processed entirely in-memory and is immediately discarded after analysis. We NEVER store, save, or transmit your photos. Only the text-based analysis result (e.g., condition name, confidence score) is logged anonymously for quality improvement.
  • Push Notification Subscription: If you opt in, we store a browser-generated subscription endpoint (no personal identifiers).
  • Language Preference: Your selected language for the app interface.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics Events: Anonymized usage data such as product clicks, chat message counts, and feature usage. No personally identifiable information is linked to these events.
  • Session Identifiers: Random session IDs stored in your browser's localStorage. These are not linked to your identity.
  • Device Information: Basic device type and browser information for app compatibility.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Your name, email address, or phone number
  • Your location or GPS data
  • Your contacts, photos, or files (uploaded photos are processed in-memory and immediately deleted)

  • Push notification subscriptions are stored securely with VAPID authentication.

  • We do not earn any commission on purchases — links are provided purely as recommendations
  • We track that a product link was clicked (anonymously) for analytics purposes

DrPro is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not use this app.

  • Delete Chat History: Clear your chat history anytime from the app's sidebar menu.
  • Unsubscribe from Notifications: Disable push notifications through your browser or device settings.
  • Data Portability: Since we store minimal data, there is little to export. Your chat history is already on your device.
