• Health tips and educational content via push notifications

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DrPro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

5. User Conduct

When using DrPro, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users in the community forum
• Share explicit, obscene, or illegal content in chat
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
• Impersonate a doctor or medical professional
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the App
• Share personal information of others without their consent

6. AI-Generated Content

• The AI assistant generates responses based on general health knowledge. Responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated information.
• AI responses should be used for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical consultation.
• We continuously work to improve the accuracy and safety of our AI responses.

• DrPro recommends and links to health and wellness products available on trusted online stores (e.g., Amazon.in, 1mg.com).
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of products purchased from third-party sellers.
• Product purchases are governed by the respective store's terms and policies.
• We do not earn any commission on purchases — all product links are provided as recommendations only.
• Product prices and availability are determined by the sellers and may change without notice.

• The forum is a text-only discussion space. Image uploads are not permitted.
• Users choose display names — we do not verify identities.
• Do not share personal identifying information (real name, phone, address) in forum posts.
• Do not impersonate medical professionals or give advice as if you are a doctor.
• No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or spam.
• We reserve the right to remove posts and ban users who violate these guidelines.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content on the forum.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero for free users).
