  • The AI assistant provides general health education and information only.
  • It does NOT diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide treatment plans.
  • The AI skin analysis feature provides preliminary educational information only and is NOT a medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for skin concerns.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
  • In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

3. Description of Service

DrPro is a free sexual & skin health education platform that provides:

  • AI-powered health information and education in multiple languages
  • AI-powered skin lesion analysis for educational purposes (photos are processed privately and never stored)
  • Health tips and educational content via push notifications

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DrPro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

5. User Conduct

When using DrPro, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Share explicit, obscene, or illegal content in chat
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
  • Impersonate a doctor or medical professional
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the App
  • Share personal information of others without their consent

6. AI-Generated Content

  • The AI assistant generates responses based on general health knowledge. Responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated information.
  • AI responses should be used for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical consultation.
  • We continuously work to improve the accuracy and safety of our AI responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology of DrPro are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • DrPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information from the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero for free users).

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
